Once again Singapore based Stamford Tyres will be looking to take a leading role as an exhibitor at Tyrexpo Asia 2010 which is viewed as a domestic event of international significance providing the opportunity to meet both existing and new customers from across South East Asia and worldwide.

 

In fact Stamford Tyres has been acknowledged by the organisers for its strong support towards this thriving bi-annual tyre show and as always will have a prominent stand at the forefront of the exhibition hall (C01) and will be using the event to specifically promote its recently launched Firenza ST-05A range of V and W rated high performance passenger tyres.

 

The Stamford stand will present an extensive selection of tyres covering the passenger, ultra high performance, light commercial, truck, agricultural, industrial and OTR market sectors with their established brands including Sumo Firenza, and Akina.

 

 At the same time there will be an impressive display of quality alloy wheels from Stamford Sport Wheels (SSW) a thriving subsidiary of the Stamford Group who will be introducing their stunning new wheel finish technology. This innovative, plasma high vacuum coating provides sports wheels with a choice of brilliant finishes in either stainless metallic chrome or black metallic chrome.

 

Supporting this versatile product range that virtually covers the entire tyre spectrum in terms of products will be a team of experienced Stamford personnel who look forward to discussing the merits of tyres for each market sector to interested visitors who visit the stand.

As a well-established mid-range truck tyre brand in both the UK and Europe, Sumo FIRENZA continues to consistently evaluate and enhance its range to suit all fleet applications including steering and trailer usage, driving positions, all positional usage, traction and Super Singles.

 

All Sumo FIRENZA truck tyres are expertly produced in the Far East incorporating the latest innovative Japanese technology which includes a solid shoulder construction with a zero angle steel band to combat irregular wear along with a special tread groove to prevent stone retention and casing damage.

 

For steering and trailer applications the Sumo FIRENZA SSR05A pattern provides a wide and flat tread profile for impressive mileage return and smooth handling. The current range is available from 11R22.5 right through to 315/80R22.5 plus in tube type option, 1000R20 16PR, 1100R20 16PR and 1200R20 16PR.

 

The SSD08, SSM07 and SST07 profiles are specifically designed for driving position and all positional use through a unique tread pattern giving impressive traction control on all road surfaces. The SSD08 is available in size options from 11R22.5 to 315/80R22.5 and the SSM07 (tube type) from 900R20 up to 1200R20. The SST07 is available in size 13R22.5 whilst the FIRENZA SSM07A is a dedicated all position pattern with a size range from 11R22.5 through to 315/80R22.5. The SSM10 and SHD48 are traction patterns available in sizes – 13R22.5 to 295/80R22.5 and 1000R20.

 

In Super Singles, Sumo FIRENZA offers two distinct patterns, the SSR055A and the SST066 which are both currently available in three sizes, 385/65R22.5 18PR, 425/65R22.5 20PR and 445/65R22.4 20PR plus the SSM10 pattern is designed for off-road applications and available in three sizes – 13R22.5 18PR, 295/80R22.5 16PR and 315/80R22.5 18PR.

 

Finally the Sumo FIRENZA range is completed by the recently introduced SV053 light truck pattern which incorporates full European dimensions and is available in twenty one size options from 155R12C, 65 series and up to 225/75R16C. Further sizes will be added to the range in due course.

Singapore based Sumo Firenza has recently announced a new progressive phase in its ongoing product base development with the launch of the all new SV053 pattern specifically for the light truck and van market.

 

Like all other Sumo Firenza tyres, the SV053 has been expertly produced in the Far East incorporating the very latest Japanese technology and offers a number of important features including excellent grip in wet conditions, a high mileage tread pattern and a quiet and comfortable ride level as well as providing full European dimensions.

 

The SV053 light truck range is currently available in twenty one size options from 155/R12C through to 235/65R16C which includes 225/65R16C, 195/R15C and 185/R14C. The company has the firm intention of further extending this already comprehensive range in due course.
